How we work
Every enquiry goes through four steps, from the first contact to the end of the job.
- 1. Explaining the problem: you tell us, in your own words, what is happening with the door, the lock or the key.
- 2. Reviewing the situation: we look at what you have told us and, when necessary, confirm it in front of the door.
- 3. Setting out the proposal before going further: we explain what we propose to do and do not carry on without your acceptance.
- 4. Checking everything works at the end: we test with you that the door opens and locks normally.

How each job is prepared
Listening and identifying the situation
By phone or WhatsApp you tell us what is happening and, if you can, send photos of the door, the cylinder or the lock.
Agreeing the job and the quote
We explain the options and give you the price, with VAT on top, before we start. We only go ahead if you accept it, and if something comes up during the work that changes the price, we do not carry on without your agreement.
Checking the result
When we finish, we check with you that the door or the lock works properly. The work comes with a guarantee and payment is made at that point.

We have premises in Torrevieja and also cover 17 other towns in the Vega Baja del Segura. We only work on doors: we do not handle safes, electronic locks, lockers or letterboxes.
