Agree the job
We only start once you have accepted the price. If something comes up during the work that changes it, we explain it and do not carry on without your agreement. When we finish, we check with you that the door works, and payment is made at that point.

What information helps when you ask for help
Even if you do not know which part has failed, these five details help us understand the situation from the first call or message.

What information do you need to assess a door opening?

Can the door be opened without changing the lock?

When you lose a key, when you move into a home or business premises that previous occupants had keys to, when the cylinder is worn or when the key is hard to insert and turn. It is best to check first whether the problem lies in the cylinder or in the lock.
