We work for homes, shops and residents’ associations in Torrevieja and 17 other towns, 24 hours a day. We only work on doors: we do not handle safes, electronic locks, lockers or letterboxes. Each service has its own page covering the usual situations, the details worth having ready and what affects the price.

These pointers help guide your enquiry, but they are not a diagnosis. If your situation fits several of them, or none, describe it and we will work out which service applies.
If the door has closed with the keys inside, you have lost the key or the one you have will not open it, the usual step is to ask about door opening. Afterwards it may be worth checking the cylinder, depending on what has happened.
A key that is hard to insert, a cylinder that moves or copies in other people’s hands point towards cylinder replacement. Sometimes the fault seems to be in the cylinder but is actually in the lock, which is why it is confirmed when we check it.
A latch that does not spring back, a loose handle or bolts that do not engage in the frame fit with lock repair. If the door rubs or has to be pushed, the cause may also lie in how it is adjusted.
If you want better protection for a home, business premises or a communal area, a security upgrade looks at the door as a whole before suggesting changes, rather than replacing a single part.
An escutcheon that spins, has been knocked or does not cover the cylinder points towards escutcheon installation. Depending on the size of the cylinder, it may be worth replacing both at the same time.
For doors that have closed on the latch, keys left inside, a lost key or a lock that will not open, including armoured and high-security steel doors. We explain beforehand whether opening the door might require replacing a part.

You call us or send a WhatsApp message and tell us what is happening; if you can, you send photos of the door and the lock. With that information we explain the options and give you the price before we start. We only go ahead if you accept it.

Frequently asked questions
Describe what you notice: whether the key will not go in, goes in but will not turn, turns but the door will not open, or the door does not line up when you close it. Send photos of the cylinder from outside and of the door edge. That helps us understand the situation, although the cause is confirmed when we check the door.
Yes. If, for example, you want to change the cylinder and add an escutcheon, or repair the lock and check the door’s security, mention it when you get in touch and we will assess everything together.
When you tell us about your situation, we give you the price before we start, with VAT on top. The prices page explains what it depends on: the service, the parts, the location and when the service takes place.
