Before we start any job, we tell you the price and you decide whether to go ahead. Prices are shown excluding VAT: 21 % is added. The amount is worked out from the service chosen, any extras that apply, the time of the request and, outside Torrevieja, the travel supplement for the town.

Travel, hours and conditions
We work 24 hours a day, every day. The calculation applies the surcharge for the time and day selected. On the listed public holidays their special supplement is added, including the €100 supplement for New Year’s Day and Christmas Day, on top of the time-of-day surcharge and the service. Outside Torrevieja the supplement for the town is added. If something turns up when we check the door that changes the price, we explain it and do not carry on without your agreement. Payment is made when the job is finished.

Parts and materials
Photos help identify the brand, model or size of the cylinder, lock or escutcheon, which are confirmed when we check the door. If several compatible parts are available, we explain the alternatives and their prices.
Town and availability
The town and address, and when you need the service: outside Torrevieja a travel supplement is added, and we work 24 hours a day with a price that depends on the time of service.

Do the prices include tax?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and 21 % is added.
Is travel charged separately?
Outside Torrevieja a supplement is added to the price depending on the town, and we tell you what it is before you accept.
Can the quote change after the door has been checked?
It can happen if checking the door reveals something that could not be seen in the photos. In that case we explain what we have found and the new price, and we do not carry on without your agreement.
Are the conditions different depending on the time?
