Before we agree to travel
To give you the price we need the town and the address, what is happening and, if possible, photos. The price depends on when the service takes place and is given excluding VAT, which is added at 21 %. Outside Torrevieja a travel supplement is added depending on the town. We tell you everything before you accept.

Get in touch anyway and tell us the town and the address. We will tell you whether we can travel there and on what terms before anything is agreed.

Do you have an office in each town?
No. We have premises in Torrevieja and travel to your door in each town.

What should I do if I’m not sure which town the address belongs to?

How do I describe the door problem if I know nothing about locks?
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened and what the key or handle does now, in your own words. You don’t need to know the names of the parts for us to understand the case.
What should I check before agreeing to any work?
That you have been told what is proposed and why, whether there are other options, and the quote. If anything is unclear, ask before you give your agreement.
