What to prepare before explaining the problem in San Fulgencio
If you are not at the property, it helps to get the information together before you message us. That way we can understand the problem and agree the next steps without going back and forth.
- Ask someone who can get to the property to take photos of the outside of the door and of the door edge.
- Sum up in a few lines what is happening: whether it won’t open, the key won’t turn or the lock is failing.
- Have to hand the name and phone number of the person we should arrange the visit with.
- Decide which of you will approve the quote before work starts.
